How to add your own product recommendations

Your sales agents are busy and often don’t have much time to spend preparing for that call with a prospect, so we have come up with a way to auto populate your custom product recommendations determined by whether a particular test has passed or failed in the audit.

With a few clicks in your account settings, you can add your own products and set up rules around when a product should be suggested. Then share the report & suggested products with your customer. It’s that easy!

Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll need to do:

  1. Make sure the Proposal feature is enabled and you have some products set up in your account
  2. Create a new content block using the recommendation template

Adding your products & services

To get started, first you need to add your ‘products & services’ by going to your ‘Account settings’ under your profile picture, select ‘Collateral’ from the menu, and then ‘Proposal products & services’ then simply add them.

Once you have added your products you can build your custom recommendations using our ‘Content blocks‘ and selecting the template ‘Product recommendations‘. Simply follow the 6 step guided wizard:
