Enterprise user flows
There are a number of ways the Insites inbound lead generation feature can help you collect new leads. Here are some examples:
1. Collect up-front

Visitor flow
- Prompt user to provide their details (you can choose what fields to collect)
- We run the report
- Visitor sees their report
- You receive an email with the customer’s details
2. Obscured report

- Prompt user to provide only their website URL
- We run the report
- Visitor sees their report, obscured by a banner that prompts for their details
- Full report is revealed only when details have been provided
- You receive an email with customer’s details
3. In-line prompts

- Prompt user to provide only their website URL
- We run the report
- Visitor sees their report, which contains large call-to-actions (CTA’s) prompting visitor to receive a callback
- Engaging with CTA allows visitor to enter their details and request a callback
- You receive an email with customer’s details
4. Summary report

- Prompt user to provide only their website URL
- We run the report
- Visitor sees a summary of their report and a form to complete to request their full report
- You receive an email with customer’s details
Inbound widget with Google Maps search
- Provide your Google maps API key in the Lead generation settings.
- Add a new widget from the form widgets section of the settings and tick the box to enable Google autocomplete.
- Select which fields should be collected. If any custom fields for your account are selected the user will be asked to enter them after the business details are confirmed.
- Once the widget is saved, you can click “Get code” and copy the generated HTML into your page where the widget should appear.
