- Why does my report fail to run?
In some cases there may be account level settings preventing a report from running on the lead generation tool.
Under the general lead generation settings there is a report retest limit. It is possible the business being analysed has already reached this limit, try increasing this value.

If a widget is being used to create the lead generation form, there is an option within the settings to always run a new report. If this is disabled, submitting the form may redirect to an existing report.
